Location : Torrance, CA Start Date : 10/26/2009 Duration : 5 Months # of Position : 3 Rate : $45.00/hr *Job Description*: - At least 8 years in Information Technology with 4years of progressive experience in Oracle/Hyperion (Brio/ QIQ Dashboard Builder) and Data Warehouse environments. - Experience with other Business Intelligence tools is a big plus. - Excellent Analysis, Requirement gathering, and Documentation skills - Experience with SDLC methodologies. - Experience in Star Schema design and implementations, data marts and ODS. - Should be able to work in a consultative approach with the business to provide optimal reporting solution with the business. Should know the principles of effective dashboard design for high impact. Should bring latest trends such as bullet and spark line charting. Variable thresholds for Alerts - Advanced Oracle SQL skills such as usage of available analytical functions, hints provided in the Oracle 10g database server. - Create new reports using Oracle/Hyperion Interactive Reporting 9.2/11.x and Oracle/Hyperion Dashboard Builder 9.2/11.x - Expert level Hyperion BI+ Designer/Java Script development for Hyperion Interactive Reporting (BRIO) Reports and Dashboards - version 9.2/11.x - Building new (and enhancing existing) Essbase cubes and reports based on Essbase structures. - Application of Joole Technology. - Suggest data structure changes as needed in the EDW for efficient reporting. Be respectful of SLAs in place and design solutions to maintain current SLA. - Solid foundation in JavaScript. - To include advanced topics such as prototyping, array manipulation, and object modeling.
