Test Lead with Healthcare and NASCO Location: Detroit, MI
Duration: 12 months The Test Lead is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of system, user acceptance, and and overall Managing Team Note: This will be a managed service where they will be a "working lead" doing execution but responsible for Onsite, Near shore and offshore resources. Essential Functions: Develop and maintain Test Plan strategy. Prepare, specify, and execute test case scenarios. Healthcare Experience a Must REQUIREMENT: This QA working Lead will be overseeing between 4 and 18 resources, and more if required, to assist with the myriad of system changes required for this HIPPA 5010 effort. The team will have expertise in EDI transactions and systems, automation and HIPPA system changes. We will deploy an expert team to deal with the anticipated changes including, over 600 system changes to 24 systems, and over 2000 EDI changes. Great Communication Skills Control and manage daily test activities. Provide internal quality assurance. Identify and report project risks. Report on progress of the test process. Ability to manage change during the test process Evaluate overall test process. Verification testing in production to make sure the changes was properly installed (walk the floor to spear-head any issues that arise from releases). Administration of test control and statistics collection (i.e. problem reporting, defect tracking).
