Expertise:

1.       Advanced understanding of the B2B and B2B business models.

2.       Good understanding of the Order-to-Invoice process

3.       Good understanding of the eCommerce/eBusiness domain.

4. Good understanding of conceptual/logical  data modeling

5. Experience in conducting technical vendor assessment and evaluations



        § Strong understanding of * *Web Services & B2B-related technology
and programming, including:

       RosettaNet, Ariba Punch-out

       Asynchronus/ Synchronus framework, Cisco AXG and punchout

       Protocols like RNIF, AS2, SOAP

       Strong skills related to meeting moderation and facilitation.

       Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all
levels of end users and technical resources.

       Exposure to Oracle eBusiness Suite – OM, AR, Inventory, Supply Chain
Modules.

       Exposure to Tibco Business Works  (nice to have)



Articulation of the IT capabilities, problem statements and gaps to
appropriate audiences.

        § Identify/ qualify opportunities for creating IT capabilities.

        § Interpreting business requirements/ strategies and mapping them to
IT Capabilities.

        § Strong leadership qualities, group and meeting facilitation to
team, Critical thinking/ judgment, cross functional influence, management
reporting and written and verbal communication skills.

Proof of Concept:
- Roadmaps (e.g. business capability roadmaps, IT technology roadmaps.

- Support Documentation (e.g. SLA''s, specific support documents for area of
expertise and technology)Models and Diagrams.

- Models (e.g. canonical, implementation, logical/physical and conceptual
models for application/data/infrastructure areas).

- Data Diagram (e.g. data flow, entity relationships, semantics).

- Process CRUD Matrix (e.g. create, read, update and delete).

***METRICS***
             Client/Business Impact:

-          Adoption Rate (e.g. platform, system, users/ client).

-          Degree of Alignment (e.g. solution to strategy and ITcapabilities).

-           Degree of Business Profitability Gain (e.g. impact to Cisco top
and bottom line, ROI, VOI, cost reduction).

-          Degree of Productivity (e.g. speed to implement, iterations to
resolution, accuracy of delivery vs. plan).

-          Utilization (e.g. measure of Cisco technologies within
solution(s)).

*  Internal (IT) Core:*

-          Changes Affective (e.g. # vendor roadmap changes , # Cisco BU
product changes).

-          Durability of Solution (e.g. amount of re-use, quality,
scalability across Cisco).

-          Operational Excellence (e.g. outages, service level misses,
uptime).

-          Satisfaction (e.g. partner, vendor, client and customer
satisfaction).

-          Security and Regulatory Compliance (e.g. HIPA, SOX, privacy,
global).
