H Position: Telecom Consulting Manager
Location: Middletown, NJ
Duration: 12 months
Need to be EAD, US Perm Resident, or US Citizens
The role of the Consulting Manager is to lead teams in the development and
delivery of telecom solutions.
Responsibilities:
. Work with client and Amdocs' teams to develop and deliver business and
technical solutions to client satisfaction.
. Develop and manage client relationships, project plans and resources.
. Implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, ensure
deliverables are on-time and within budget, increase efficiency, resolve
issues and achieve cost savings for Amdocs and our clients.
. Conduct presentations and deliver proposals to clients.
. Transfer knowledge, monitor engagement team performance, and provide
feedback.
. Monitor and direct others to act in accordance with company initiatives,
processes and methodology.
Requirements:
. 5-7 years relevant work experience with a minimum of one year recent
consulting expertise required.
With Strong PMO experience
. "Big 5" consulting experience highly preferred (IE Accenture, IBM, KPMG,
Deloitte, E&Y, etc)
. Experience in IT integration, telecom billing, OSS, Call-Center, and CRM
solution definition, design, development and delivery (Clarify, Amdocs or
other CRM and billing packages essential).
. Demonstrated expertise in the successful delivery of transformation,
change management and business process reengineering.
. Proven ability to manage teams.
. Strong project/program management skills - $2-5M preferred. PMO
experience required.
. Proposal and sales development experience within a services environment
preferred
. Proven ability to provide knowledge transfer, thought leadership and
solutions and translate complex technical issues into compelling business
benefits.
. Strong customer facing skills, ability to influence and motivate clients
and employees, excellent oral and written communication skills.
. Must be flexible to travel.
. A four-year college degree required with advanced degree preferred.
