Summary of Project: Client is seeking a Senior Software Developer to build and support our global CRM platform Description of Assignment: * Design and develop new functionality for the global CRM Solution (Clarify) within Philips Medical Deliverables: * Create, modify and redesign interfaces from Clarify to multiple ERP applications such as SAP * Analyze and debug the system in case of failure and implement the necessary bug fix * Participate in technical design discussions * Interact with business and perform gap analysis to identify required changes * Develop prototypes and create proof of concepts * Deliver technical documentation * Candidates should have prior experience through all phases of the system development life cycle Knowledge and Experience: * 10+ years experience in software development of integrated systems * Minimum of 5 years experience with customizing and development in Amdocs Clarify 12.5 / 7.5 * 1 year experience with Smart Client and Amdocs Clarify Version 7.5 * Solid understanding Tuxedo & WebLogic, VB.Net * Experience with MS Windows Server and MS SQL Server (Transact SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers) * Ability to provide accurate work estimates and deliver on schedule in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong problem solving, innovation and analytical skills * Willingness to mentor and strong technical documentation skills.
