Quality of writing on the resume - we are looking for someone to write documents but several of the resumes do not read well or have issues . Ability/skill issues - most cannot tell what is in a Use Case and what the sections are used for. Duration: 6 + months Rate: $25 hour Full Description: . This role will be a member of the Rating Solutions team, which is responsible for working with the sales, marketing & underwriting teams for all market segments (Direct, Small & Large Group) in support of the systems that develop the rates for the groups and documentation to be reviewed & signed. . The role will work closely with the business, other systems analysts and the development teams to prepare detailed system requirements & specifications for existing & new capabilities. . Their accountabilities will include but not limited to analysis and design activities, UML modeling, facilitating JAR/JAD sessions, and document the functional requirements in a Use case / supplementary spec format using RUP methodology. .
