BPMS .NET Application Developer positon will provide business personnel with the ability to query, display, and analyze corporate workflow processes. This position will be required to apply sound solutions framed within the context of enterprise software principles in support of a wide variety of corporate functions and products. Candidate will be responsible for solving a wide array of workflow related business problems through skills as described below. Under general supervision, the BPMS .Net Application Developer will be responsible for the development, unit testing, and deployment of user interface (UI) solutions and enhancement implementations within our BPMPortal application as specified by System Analyst and Lead .NET Developer roles. Additionally, the developer may be requested to assis! t in problem investigation, analysis, and resolution of newly identified defects. The individual will be responsible for .NET software development within the existing application and work with the entire application team to ensure development conforms to performance optimization and interoperability standards and requirements. The individual shoule be a fast learner and self trainer. *REQUIREMENTS: * 4+ years of relevant work experience developing ASP.NET/C# solutions or an equivalent combination of training and experience ? BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field is required ? Extensive experience with DHTML and multiple AJAX Frameworks including ASP.NET AJAX, Prototype, JQuery, etc ? Practices simplified, standards-compliant, CSS-driven web mark-up ? Strong knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues ? Has strong consistent experience writing custom ASP.NET Server Controls ? Strong understanding and experience in Object Oriented Design and Patterns ? Experience in Test Driven Development ? Experience in creation and execution of automated test suites using NUnit ? Knowledge and experience using Microsoft's Enterprise Library ? Experience with SOAP web services implementation using WCF ? Strong knowledge of UML and use cases ? Demonstrated strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills ? Ability to adapt to continually-changing priorities and aggressive project timeframes and work on fast-paced, complex projects ? Strong problem-solving skills ? Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while effectively managing schedule and communicating progress ?
