A large Columbus, OH based organization is looking for a QA/Test consultant
who has experience working with Call Center technologies.
* Skills Required:***
* QA/Test resource with 8-10 years of experience
* Must be familiar with call center technology (Genesys), SoftPhone, and IVR
(Interactive Voice Response)
* Extensive experience with Quality Center
* Configuration management experience
* Must understand Project Management discipline but do not have to be a PM
* Good communication skills
* Possible work on weekends, etc. and nights (after hours)
* Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and be "strong" in nature
yet flexible.
