Duration: Until end of year - Should be renewed for 2010

* Experienced application developer for a mainframe position COBOL
* 3 or more years of experience DB2
* 2 or more years of experience JCL
* 2 or more years of experience CICS
* 1 or more years of experience VSAM
* Prior project experience MQ Mainframe
* Prior project experience ISPF or related toolsets
* Prior project experience
* Systems experience to include: (1) structured analysis and design;
(2) 3 or more years of experience working knowledge of the System
Development Life Cycle (SDLC); (3) experience with development projects in
excess of 1,000 hours of effort; (4) 2 or more years of experience system
maintenance; (5) 2 or more years of experience with mainframe batch systems;
(6) 1 or more years of experience with mainframe code supporting online
systems; (7) 1 or more years of experience
* Must work well with others
* Good communication skills
* Committed (e.g. doesn't just punch the clock)
* Capable of self management on a daily basis (e.g. don't have to
break out tasks hour by hour)
* Capable of leading small teams of individuals in support of project
goals (e.g. leverage 3rd party)
* Occasional on-call support activity
