The candidate should have an understanding of brokerage banking/lending functions and experience in the retail brokerage and wealth management industry would be a huge plus. The successful candidate should have a good track record in doing project management and business analysis writing requirements for financial projects. The candidate should be able to document clearly, communicate effectively and work within a team. *Duties & Responsibilities:* - Communicate and use 'influencing skills' to manage effective business relationships and principled negotiations - Perform Project Management responsibilities including creating status decks and coordinating among all project stakeholders - Understand business requirements and work with the Business, Development and QA - Identify data requirements and data sources (existing and new) - Write Business and Functional requirements - Create Use Cases based on documented requirements - Create mock-ups of client facing web portal screens - Obtain stakeholder signoff on business and functional requirements - Provide support for QA testing - Conduct User Acceptance testing Skill, Experience & General information Required: Basic Requirements - Strong Oral and written communication skill - Experience with brokerage banking and lending units for Financial Services firms Desirable Skills - Retail Brokerage Wealth Management Experience - Technical experience would be a plus General Information - Location: NY, NY - Duration : - Selection Criteria – Client Interview Mandatory?
