Provide HP Service Desk Version 4.5/5.0  support & implementation support
for HP SD applications 

                 

Essential Functions               

Very good knowledge of HP Service Desk Version 4.5/5.0   - Incident
Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management,
Asset Management. 

HP Service Desk integrations with monitoring tools, .Net, Java applications 

HP SD administration, integrations Administration- Configuration & Patch
Management, Email Engine configuration, HP SD Log Analysis and
troubleshooting 

Application Enhancements/Upgradation - Ability to upgrade HP SD
implementation and integrations 

                 

Qualifications       

Minimum 3-4 years experience in a position as a HP SD  team manager using
the Incident Management, Problem Management, SLA, Asset Management and
Change Management modules, integrations 

Understanding of  ITIL processes

Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills

Strong analytic skills

Strong Team Player
