Possess proven ability to communicate effectively with both Technical and Business personnel on varying organizational levels. Ability to review project scopes and define techniques including iterative development to accomplish the project's stated goals and objectives for cost, schedule and quality. Proven ability to interpret and use project metrics to effectively manage assigned projects. Experience interacting with business project sponsor, business subject matter experts and other key stakeholders, project team members on project scope, schedules, risks, requirements, communication, quality assurance and issue resolution for large scale cross-enterprise projects. Familiar with SCRUM and one or more of the following software development methodologies: Rapid Application Development ("RAD"), Agile, Extreme Programming ("XP"), Feature Driven Develop, Test Case Driven Development, Rational Unified Process ("RUP"), iterative, waterfall.
