Strong “hands-on” Sharepoint developer (not just an architect)… but also has enough experience to be able assess and design at an architect’s level 2. Must understand the scope of Sharepoint 2007 /MOSS, to a level to be able to determine what can /cannot and should /should not be implemented as “out of the box” vs. requires custom development 3. Must have enough experience and capability in .NET and C# development to be able to develop and implement required customizations not delivered out-of-the-box 4. Must have a solid experience across full project SDLC, from planning, requirements definition, solution design, construction, testing (unit, functional, integration, performance), and deployment 5.
