*Position: QA Consultant* *Location: Allentown, PA* Here is a brief profile 1. 9+ years of exp with alteast 6+ yrs in QA/Testing 2 . Experience with various testing tools such as IBM Rational Tools(Rational Robot, Clearquest, ReqPro and Rational Test Manager), Mercury/HP tools (Quality Center, QTP, Loadrunner), open source tools (SOAPUI, OpenSTA, Mantis etc). 3. Exposure across range of testing services/types like functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, data ware house testing, SOA testing etc. 4. Experience with testing for .net applications, MS Sharepoint, Microstrategy, Crystal Reports, informatica, Webmethods is essential. Atleast 2+ yrs of exp on ETL testing, reports testing is required. 5. Hands on testing experience with Oracle, SQL server, MS Access is essential. 6. Familiarity with SOX reporting/compliance will be an advantage 7. Excellent communication 8. Ability to write test strategy, test plans, define test processes, set up testing tools, perform gap analysis and help with continuous improvement is absolutely critical. 9.
