*Job Description*: - PM - Project Manager with Cerner / laboratory background, with a testing background. - Has performed in a leadership/PM role. - This person will assist the Client's Lead in meeting testing deliverables and drive the offshore testing support going forward at the end of the Gen Lab project. - The plan is for this person to stay onsite until the end of the project. - Excellent communication Oral, Written and good in meeting Facilitation. - Conflict Resolution, Decisiveness and Estimating. - Excellent Planning/Project Management and Risk Management. - Extensive experience managing the full-life cycle of complex projects - Very Strong management skills with a ability to motivate, coach and lead teams to deliver high quality. - Very good in Power Point Presentation, as you may need to present to larger groups. - Very familiarity with Microsoft products such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and Project.
