•Must have 8+ years of experience in Java J2EE Design and Development •Good understanding and knowledge of Object Oriented design concepts and principles •Experience with SOA development required. •Experience with middle-tier development using EJB, XML, WebServices a must. •Experience with tools like Hibernate, Castor, Axis are must •Exposure to Oracle, SQL, PL SQL a must. •Experience in BPM technologies preferred. •Experience with Weblogic Portal server preferred. •Experience with either ILog business rules engine or WebMethods produce suite preferred. •Must have good communication skills
