Position Description: Experience Level: 4 year degree plus 7-10 years
experience.
Info. Security Project Management/coordination position for the PC
Encryption Team at Wells Fargo.
Required Skill Set:
- Must be highly organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple
projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proven experience organizing and coordinating the work efforts and/or
projects of a technical support or engineering Team.
- Project Management/coordination experience in large scale software
deployments in the info. security and/or encryption areas.
- Understanding Windows PC Support concepts is a must
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues clearly and
concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Essential to be able to work with challenging customers and maintain a
professional demeanor.
- Able to define issues, collect data, establish facts and draw logical
conclusions.
- Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures and
developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Visio, Excel, Word,
Access, Project and PowerPoint
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance or supervision
- Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, results oriented
Skills that would be a Plus:
- Experience with projects in the specific area of desktop and laptop
encryption technologies
- PMP Certification
- CISSP Certification
