Duration: 6 plus months

Skills:
1. 15 plus years experience in Telecom and Data network OSS domain.
2. 7+ years experience in systems engineering, requirements, and architectures.
3. Detailed knowledge of EMS, NMS, SMS systems and interfaces.
4. Knowledge of Telco field operations.
5. Domain knowledge of ADSL, ADSL2+, VDSL, IP/MPLS/VPN, Gigabit Ethernet, PON, VON, ATM/FR network technologies.
6. Understanding of TMN, e-TOM, Operations Architectures and Principles.
7. Understanding of software development methodology and lifecycle.
8. Understanding of Rapid Software development methodology.
9. Experience in requirements management tools like ReqPro, DOORS, etc.
10. Knowledge of Business Process Modeling (BPM), BPEL, etc.
Duties:
1. Develop system requirements for the Network Management layer of Project
2. Develop OSS/BSS strategies and architectures based on business need, current operations environment, and network and service evolution plans.
3. Define OSS/BSS architecture evolution.
4. Develop detailed interface specifications and designs.
5. Assess new applications and platforms for feasibility.
6. Define new solutions or systems to meet business need.
7. Engage with Enterprise Architects to define T-plans for OSS systems.
8. Support field operations in deployment of new OSS capabilities.
9. Experience with RUP and variations of this SDLC framework and process
