Role: Analysis of integration points between the custom application (MAX) and the new CISCO IVR that will be developed with the external IVR group. Serve as a liason between the two development groups to ensure that all the requirements for handling a claim via the IVR are met. Development or technical background to identify and specify the requirements for integration between the application (MAX) and the IVR. This can be very detailed and somewhat technical.
