*Location: San Jose, CA* *Start Date: Immediate* ** *Interviews: Telephone** and in-person interview.* ** * Senior functional/architect type resources that know SAP and can do high-level system and business process analysis, design blue prints and future road maps, have detailed knowledge of SAP products and make recommendations on moving more client processes to SAP. Ø 12-15 years of IT experience is mandatory. Ø 5 years as SAP Project Manager experience. Ø Big 5 consulting companies experience is a plus for this position. Ø Must have experience in understanding high-level business requirements, leading feasibility scoping estimate efforts, providing input and direction for detailed project plans Ø Ability to advise Customer and Management on project status. Ø Demonstrated project management skills are required, including knowledge of project management methodologies, prototype development, test planning, implementation, deployment, project governance and risk assessment, budget management and the ability to organize and balance resources across project goals. Ø Prepare detailed project plan for blueprint, realization, unit test, integration test, data load and for cut over activities and lead the SAP teams Ø Must be able to lead blue print workshop sessions, gather and document requirements, present back solutions, plan and run various testing cycles along with writing test scripts, support user testing, train business users, run cut over activities Ø Experience in industrial print is a plus.
