This is a 6 month project in which you will be working on a small team to assist with various projects. The primary project you will be working on is an advanced pegging report which keeps the supply chain informed as to what orders are going to be late, how many days behind an order is going to be, and then will contact the warehouse to order more of a particular item. As of right now there isn't even a manual process in place. As part of you day to day you will work along side a Sr. BSA who has been with the company for a number of years to gather requirements from business users in Ireland as well as at corporate headquarters to develop functional specs and communicate those specifications to the Indian development team. In addition to the main project there will be 3 to 4 concurrent smaller projects that you will be expected to partner with peer BSA's and delegate various aspects of the side project. You will be participating throughout the SDLC to design the process and develop the technical/functional specifications. The ideal person has worked on the software development side or at the very least has that mentality. You must be self managing an extremely strong communicator friendly and stern. This project focuses on the OM side vs the Warehouse and Transportation side. Must have tech. skills and personal attributes that make someone qualified for this opportunity and why .
