*local to LA or El Segundo or Someone nearby only* *Description:* Overall Purpose: Analyzes, designs, recommends and implements changes and enhancements to existing and new application programs, business procedures and functions of Enterprise Offer Management Systems. Interfaces effectively with business user organizations to evaluate business requirements and design feasible solutions. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for designing and implementing, maintaining and enhancing Tracking Activation Offer System (TAOS), Telco Credit System (TCS) and participating in Enterprise Offer Management System Integration project. Conducts and coordinates requirement analysis and design specifications for assigned projects. Adheres to client's SDLC methodology to ensure that applicable standards, requirements, and committed timeframes are met. Provides on-call support to ensure business requirements are met during non-business hours. *Required Skills:* Comprehensive working knowledge of programming languages used to code, debug and document application programs. Broad analytical knowledge, ability to use design and development tools and techniques required in system design and requirements analysis. Good oral and written skills and extensive experience of Oracle 10g DBMS and Linux RedHat operating system are required. * * *Desired Skills:* Knowledge of Java, middleware, ODS .
