Coordinating design of subsystems and integration of total system; Identifying, analyzing and resolving program support deficiencies; Developing and recommending corrective actions - Ensuring the integration of specific software components between Enterprise group added value application suites and IT / business applications environment of the customer. Based on his huge experience in software / IT technologies, the Solution Integrator participates to the solution architecture definition, developing scripts and performing specific customization of software components to fit customer expectations. - Managing or ensuring the development and implementation process of company products involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. * The requirements to select him are listed below:** * - * Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science, Telecom or a related field * - *Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development (Java, C++) and system integration. * - *Full life-cycle implementation experience (requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing). * - *Must be well versed in Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and J2EE Architecture. * - *Knowledge of business, information and technical architectures, application design patterns, data and XML messaging models, and application modeling techniques. * - *Experience with Extreme Programming and Agile methodologies * - *Strong interpersonal, strategic-oriented thinking and excellent written and verbal skills are essential. * - *Ability to present professionally and persuasively to stakeholders, senior managers and C-level executives. * - *24/7 Availability * - *Normal working hours are 8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday * - *After hours coverage as a result of implementation and cutover schedules * - *May Participate in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activity, as required * - *The Application Development Engineers shall work flextime from Monday to Friday (i.e., not necessarily regular business hours) to average, on a weekly basis, not less than forty (40) hours per week * Feel Free to call me for further Information!!!!!
