Qualifications:
Datawarehouse Developer (Oracle)
Requirement was to find someone who would take responsibility in DW and
DMarts specifically around a database which would be receiving 3-6 million
rows per day. This is a dynamic solution which requires extensive
knowledge/experience/foresight into understanding potential pitfalls (both
conceptual and physical) and would work to resolve and more importantly
prevent concerns related to both volume and process.
Responsibility includes:
.low-level design
.PL/SQL programming
.unit test construction
.participation in integration testing
.participation in user acceptance testing
.performance analysis
.deployment script development
.production support Developer (Oracle)
Required Skills:
-4 or more years as Oracle PL/SQL developer
-Experience of working to a structured methodology.
-Entity-relationship modeling.
-Strong understanding of SQL.
-Experience with data warehouse.
-Experience of development of mission critical applications.
-Knowledge of financial markets products.
