Job Description 

The candidate will be responsible for the continued design and
implementation of a Federated Identity Management solution. This solution
will provide SSO (Single Sign On) capabilities to third party applications
through the use of SAML2. The candidate will be responsible for the
"on-boarding" of new third party constituents. The on-boarding requirements
include but are not limited to the following tasks; creation of a
certification process, executing the certification process, setup and
documentation of Trust relationships, modification of HTML, Java Script and
XML.

The candidate will be responsible for the technical implementation of any
design changes to the Identity Provider solution supporting the third party
integrations, as well as making recommendations to design changes as needed.

Consistent with a 24x7 operations environment and complies with a "zero
defect" policy, this position needs to be generally available via cell phone
to respond to issues.

Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of SAML2, at least one
Identity Provider application such as Novell Access Manager, Shibboleth or
comparable solution.

Ability to design and develop applications in Java and JavaScript using the
following technologies: Webservices, XML, EJB, JMS, JAVA, RMI, JDBC and
JNDI.  Experience with UML is also required. .
