The tools used enable the design, execution and optimization of business processes, which incorporate people, processes and IT system integrations. As a process analyst you will be expected to work alongside the business SMEs to understand, decompose and create process applications as a collaborative team. You will be expected to be able to work through the more technical side of the process creation within the BPM tool, where the business cannot create the necessary logic for itself. *Education:* Bachelor’s of Science – Computer / Information Systems *Technical Skills (Must Have): * 2 years Lombardi 6.x experience Strong XML, XSLT, HTML, JavaScript, SQL Strong communication skills with both business customer and related IT resources *Technical Skills (Nice to Have): * Business Process Re-engineering and Methodology Business Analyst Experience Experience with Java, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and XSLT Iterative (USDM) Project Management Experience Process Modeling skills using standard notations like BPMN, BPEL Experience in Organizational Change Management Experience of UML/Use Case Modeling Experience of 6-Sigma methodology for process analysis and improvement Knowledge of SCM and Code Review Practices Knowledge of Web Services, http and SOA Good Communication Skills and ability to utilize desktop tools to accelerate communications (Wikis, IM, NetMeeting, etc.) -- Regards, Santosh (609)-945-3178 Ezen Computer Services Inc.,
