The person should have good knowledge of writing Linux scripts and have some knowledge of the administration. Should be able to do documentation including writing test scripts, project documentation and if possible project plans. Good in communication – written and spoken He will be required to the following on the Virtual machines: Upgrade Jira from our current version of 3.5 to 3.13 Create upgrade documentation including a project plan, test plan, test scripts, and all SLC documentation in use at Merck Execute upgrade on DEV instance, update docs as required Execute upgrade on TEST Execute upgrade on PROD(2 – clustered hot/cold) As part of the upgrade we will install identified plugins: charting, calendar, time charts, SVN plugin agail wall report, may be more.
