project in Bellevue, WA.
Location: Bellevue, WA
Duration: 8+ months
Start date: ASAP
Technical Skills Required:
A minimum of 6 years experience in Teamcenter administration, deployment,
performance tuning, Customization and configuration.
Ability to provide Tier 3 production support for the following Teamcenter
components:
Teamcenter workflow
Teamcenter ACL
Product structure management (PSE)
POM Schema
Revision Rules
Custom Query
BMIDE
Portal Visualization
Deploying 2 tier and 4 tier clients
TC Reporting
Environmental Compliance
TC - Office integration
TC - PDX integration
TC - Biztalk integration
TC Community
ETS/ TSTK
TC - Cadence integration
TC - Pro/E integration
Strong technology skills in SQL Server 2005, IIS, Win2k3 server
FMS/Volume configuration and maintenance
Desired experience in Biztalk, Tomcat, Java
Functional Skills Required:
To qualify for this position, you must possess strong communication,
organizational, and technical writing skills.
You must function well in a fast-paced collaborative environment and be able
to apply critical thinking and problem solving skills to complex production
environment scenarios to ensure high availability.
You will be able to demonstrate your strong troubleshooting and analytical
skills through architecture and design discussions across technologies,
through critical escalation support, and by mentoring others in your
ownership area.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and the ability to
analyze live-site issues quickly.
Prior practical experience with change control, source control, and release
management.
You must possess strong interpersonal skills, be a critical thinker, with
excellent oral and written communication skills.
Deliverables:
Provide Production Engineering support.
Resourcew will review and provide supportability recommendations on business
requirements documents, functional and technical specs, and test plans.
UAT deployment and support will be provided.
Creation of Support documentation and training of tier 1/2 staff will be
completed by these resources.
Production deployment and Tier 3 production support.
