*Title: *Ecommerce –Infrastructure Security Consultant
*Relevant Experience (Yrs): *5+ years experience as Infrastructure security
consultant and at least 2+ years in Ecommerce infrastructure security
*Technical/Functional Skills: *
- Work with infrastructure teams to develop updated server
configuration standards to address on-line retailing requirements.
- Work with network teams to develop updated network configuration
standards to address on-line retailing requirements
- Review Hosting server configuration standards for compliance with
updated configuration standards; work with Managed Service Partners (MSP) to
remediate
- Work with MSP to review proposed network design and configuration
- Work with MSP, Ecommerce Architecture team and the network team to
design and implement networks at the MSP site(s), Company’s internal Data
centers and the connections between the environments
*Experience Required: *Must have a proven track record of leading IT
Infrastructure Security consulting from concept through execution stages for
large retail customers, in the e-Commerce domain;
Should have ability to interact with Director level business clients and
define system functionality meeting/exceeding client expectations
Clear Experience in the following aspects of Ecommerce security
o Define Server configuration standards
o Define Network security standards
o Consult in Security design for Hosting with Managed service
providers
*Roles & Responsibilities: *
- Infrastructure Security Consultant for a Leading Ecommerce
Retailer
- As a Infrastructure Security consultant would be responsible for
o Define Server configuration standards
o Define Network security standards
o Consult in Security design for Hosting with Managed service
providers
*Generic Managerial Skills: *Feed right information, guidance for
Application development consultants in the respective region.
Grow Ecommerce competency within the organization and lead potential
pursuits
*Education: *Bachelor of Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
*Work Location: *Minneapolis – with ability to travel across the region on a
short notice
