Skills Need:- Web Services, server side Java, and HTML/JSPs, J2ee, Servlets, Struts, Spring and Weblogic. Location: San Francisco, CA (should be local to CA) Duration: 6-12 Months Rate: Open Description: Experience Level: 7-10 years technical background and 5-6 years directly related web experience. Need a REALLY STRONG UI DEVELOPER. We provide a wide range of core Online Banking Services to Wells Fargo Bank's Consumer and Business customers. We are in the process of looking for a Senior Level Java developers to help expand Online Banking Development team. The candidates should have a strong focus on Web Services, server side Java, and HTML/JSPs. This position also requires subject matter knowledge of Banking services such as Money Movement Responsibilities: * Leading a team of developers through technical analysis, design, construction of highly complex and scalable internet application projects. * Providing direction and guidance to less experienced staff. * Ensuring compliance with development best practices, security policies and delivering code with high quality within project timelines. Required Skills: * 7+ years Senior Java/J2EE Developer. * Good Design skills and knowledge of tools such as Enterprise Architect J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JSTL, etc. Experience and good knowledge of Struts and Spring frameworks including Spring MVC * Strong Web Services integration skills, mainly in Java, proven expertise of Axis1.2 and Xmlbeans * Solid working knowledge of WebLogic 9 (or similar Application Servers) * Strong experience using CSS, HTML, DHTML and JavaScript * Setting up and implementing JUnit (or other) testing framework. * Experience with web applications that handle high-volume. * Excellent Communication Skills. * Able to interface across multiple lines of business and technology groups. * Good organization and follow-up skills. * Good leadership skills, must have demonstrated ability to lead a group of developers * Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle, knowledge of RUP is required.
