Need locals or who can attend F2F BA/QA Analyst Position
Location: Albany, NY Duration: 3 years NOTE: Candidates who do not meet all of the following mandatory requirements will not be considered for further evaluation and the entire proposal will be deemed non-responsive. 1. A minimum of four (4) years of experience in the performing quality assurance tasks. 2. A minimum of four (4) years of experience in the development and execution of Software Test Plans and Scenarios. 3. A minimum of two (2) years of experience with Performance and Stress testing using performance testing software. 4. A minimum of six (6) years experience in performing business process analysis, business process improvement, and re-engineering. 5. A minimum of six (6) years experience in conducting JAD sessions, focus groups or individual interviews for requirements elicitation; determining and documenting business, technical and data requirements; developing business rules; and developing metadata. 6. A minimum of six (6) years of experience in object-oriented analysis and design of which a minimum of two (2) years must have been in UML (Unified Modeling Language) using standard UML techniques such as use case, activity, sequence, class, and component diagrams. DESIRABLE Experience: (Scores will be assigned based on the length of the experience) 1. Experience in using IBM Rational Performance Tester (Version 6.0 or higher). 2. Experience in using IBM Rational Functional Tester (Version 6.0 or higher). 3. Experience in using IBM Rational Manual Tester (Version 6.0 or higher). 4. Experience in using IBM Rational Test Manager (Version 6.0 or higher). 5. Experience in using IBM Rational ClearCase (Version 6.0 or higher). 6. Experience in using IBM Rational ClearQuest (Version 6.0 or higher). 7. Experience in analyzing and reverse engineering an existing computer application and documentation in order to organize, categorize, and more formally document business rules, use cases, and/or system requirements. 8. Experience in developing test plans and creating and executing automated test scripts using test management tools and tracking and addressing defects identified in testing and production. 9. Experience using IBM Rational Requisite Pro (Version 6.0 or higher). 10. Formal education in business analysis (list courses and dates, or associated degree with date). 11. Current International Institute of Business Analysis certification (Certified Business Analysis Professional).
