Communication skills will be vital. Full-time employees will participate heavily in the planning and execution of UAT to ensure a smooth transition of related business processes to the new technology. The UAT Lead will need to quickly acquire and summarize knowledge of all systems being tested, documentation methods. Leadership by example will be required to teach UAT analysts with varying skill sets what tools they need to be successful.
