5-7 years of Testing experience in .NET
1-2 years of Development experience in C# .NET, as you will need to do
some minor research/debugging of defect found during testing
Strong testing background, knowing testing methodologies/tools and
have experience preferably in Quality Center
Test Automation in QTP (VB Scripting), understanding requirements,
authoring test cases, experience with headless testing (testing of
application without GUI)
60/40 - tester/developer
