Seeking DATA MANAGER/ DATA ANALYST with MS Access, SQL Server, XML, Teleform, Medical Background Location: Washington, DC Duration: 4 months Need locals - Direct inperson possible *Required Qualifications:* 1. Advanced technical expertise with MS Access and Microsoft SQL Server 2. Ability to review and manipulate XML documents 3. Strong analytical, reasoning, troubleshooting, and organizational skills. 4. Strong problem-solving/issue resolution skills. 5. Strong oral and written communication skills. 6. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. 7. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office software such as Visio, Project Manager, Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. *Preferred Qualifications:* * * 1. Experience with Teleform. 2. Working knowledge of XMLSpy or other XML manipulation software 3. Knowledge of Cardiology and vascular related diseases. 4. Knowledge of clinical data warehousing and patient outcomes reporting. 5.
