*Hi,* ** *Requirement for .Net Develoepr Raleign NC 6 month contract * ** *Need Locals or Very nearby only* ** *Description:* *North Carolina**’s Office of Information Technology Services (ITS)* is seeking a short term (approx 6 month) contractor. The selected candidate will be part of the Applications Development & Support Services team within the Service Delivery Division of ITS which utilizes web-based applications to serve a variety of business needs for both internal and external customers. This position will work with employees in other ITS work units as necessary (i.e. hardware and network services). The selected candidate will take direction from Applications Development & Support Service staff in performing a range of primary support duties.
*Duties Include: *• Analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of technical solutions to support existing web-based applications. • New application development in a Windows environment. • Troubleshooting • Meeting delivery deadlines • Communicating with technical peers and customers • Adhering to standard processes and procedures in performing primary duties. *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:* • Minimum of 4 (four) years experience in: ASP.Net, ADO.Net, Linq, MS SQL Server 2005, IIS 6.x, Windows 2003, Security, AJAX, CSS, Javascript, XML, XSL • Minimum of 4 (four) years experience in server administration and server virtualization. • Proficient with web service development & utilization, service-oriented application architecture, and relational data modeling. • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to take direction and to work independently on assigned tasks as well as the ability to shift focus and effort based upon changing priorities. • Proven troubleshooting skills and customer service *If you feel interested in this opportunity, Kindly send me your updated resume in word format along with the following details:* * * *1.
