They will be required to build and support Java/Pega applications using web-based technologies. As part of these duties, this developer will also be responsible for analyzing user and system documentation, procedures, and problems to enhance and/or support existing Java and Pega systems. In addition, this position will provide guidance and mentoring to projects and/or other Java/Pega PRPC developers. Required skills: 4 years minimum hands-on experience with Java and Pega PRPC development. If no degree, than 8 years experience required Solid understanding of relational database and database design fundamentals Experience with Oracle database queries Experience in J2EE platform Experience with Web Services Db2 and MQ/WMQ is a big plus. The work must be done on site. Work hours are 8-5 and some overtime may be required.
