Impact of Pay structure Changes
LTI : Long term Incentive ( Equity)
Experience in LTI (Equity Administration) implementation at a global level
Employee Choice for Restricted Stock Units (RSU) and Stock Option split in
ESS
Experience in Equity Vesting Rules and Customization as per organization
requirements
Defining Vesting Rules and Schedules.
Awards based on Performance rating and Talent Mgt Rating
LTI Plans, Customization of guidelines and rules
Strong communication skills
