Duration: 12+ Months Job Description Skills/Experience: · Proven ability to design, debug and document complex software applications · Proven programming experience in C or C++ required · Userspace programming expertise in Linux required · Familiarity with object-oriented design, COM or related technologies is highly desired · Prior experience with AMSS or MSM platforms is a plus · Technical understanding of wireless applications and network interactions with handsets - e.g., browser, messaging, email, app downloads, etc., is highly desired · Experience developing and debugging in embedded environments is highly desired· Experience in Java programming is a plus · Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required · Mature interpersonal skills with an ability to collaboratively work with many varied teams and resolve problems spanning many disciplines · Proven ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasked environment Additional Skills:· Experience with Linux UI frameworks such as Gnome/ GTK+, Qtopia, QT and Android is a major plus · Knowledge of the Linux kernel and its operation is highly desired · Java, OOP, COM, RTOS, Embedded programming, JTAG, UI, GUI Position #2 -------------------------- Job Title: Symbian Consultant Location: San Diego, CA Duration: 12+ Months Job Description Must have in-depth knowledge of SymbianOS internals and drivers and Series60. Must have strong C/C++ programming skills, good problem solving skills, and experience using software development processes. Must have working knowledge of data structures, multitasking concepts, and operating systems basics SymbianOS/S60 technology knowledge in TSY, MM, Graphics, LBS, SAT, etc is highly desired. Experience in SymbianOS/S60 build, integration, test and GCF qualification also desirable Knowledge in real-time microprocessor- based embedded programming and embedded real-time operating systems is a strong plus. Basic TCP/IP data knowledge is a plus. Experience with Perforce, ARM processors, and JTAG debuggers is an asset. Exposure to digital communication theory or digital circuit design is a benefit.Prior knowledge in digital communication, data structures in C/C++, basic OS, and digital circuit design is beneficial. regards, [email protected]
