Responsible for the development, maintenance, management, and delivery of technical information or documentation to the appropriate audiences in the appropriate Capital One standard formats via print and online mediums. Includes interface with management, users, and information technology professionals to create high-level conceptual solutions to business problems. Usually possesses significant knowledge in one or more business functional areas. BSA's involved in agile projects will be expected to have responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle (possibly multiple projects). Requirements definition and traceability: a.. BSA experience (Data and Systems analysis) b.. Served as BSA on multiple project lifecycles; Demonstrated experience in industry (1 - 3 years) c.. QA and testing phase experience d.. 3+ years of project experience in the quality assurance and testing phases of projects e.. Capital One Experience Preferred candidates will have served as BSA within Capital One (1-2 yrs) f.. Deep knowledge of specific technologies and new and current architectures g.. Skills in object, data, and / or process modeling, business process design (2-4 yrs) h.. Lean/Agile development experience (1+ yrs) i.. Strong; Demonstrated experience supporting requirements, data and systems analysis j.. Detailed requirements experience with COTS implementations k.. Good negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; experience with public speaking l.. Provides clear concise communication with project team and mid-level management m..
