Required skills:
Resource should have over 7+ years experience in PeopleSoft HRMS application. Should have strong communication and documentation skills.
Must have configuration experience in the following area -
HR - Experience in Canadian Company setup and other legal entities
Time and Labor - Understanding of Time and Labor rules and catering to Canadian overtime rules and regulation
Payroll - Should have an understanding in setting up Canadian payroll configuration.
Previous experience in setting up NA HRMS system is a must.
