We are looking for: Oracle OFSA SME Duration: 3 + months Location: Minneapolis, MN, Rate: open + expenses Start : ASAP Interview: phone Requirement skill description: · Analyze business needs to help ensure the Oracle Financial Services Analytics Products meets the customer’s objectives by combining financial services industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. · Will have a solid foundation in the performance management processes for financial services, either as a client or as a consultant; Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing specifications) for large scale Oracle Financial Services Analytics Products engagements often a combination of diverse project requirements packaged into a single solution. · Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. · Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. · Drive the implementation by motivating and directing the project team, a team which may include cross functional departments at Oracle, third-party vendors, partners, and the client. · Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status and specifications. · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or Business or equivalent. · Balance of advanced technical skills, functional knowledge, client consultative skills and operational management experience. · Has at least 10-15 years consulting or financial services industry experience. · Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. · Ability to travel 100%.
