*Project Manager* Location – Milwaukee WI 53202 Duration: 3-4 months *Interview: Face to Face after Telephonic interview* *Key Skills: Medical manufacturing Industry exp., large team size experience, and PMP certification along with technical degree.* *RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL: * 1. Independently or through team leadership plan, develop, design, implement and manage system projects. 2. Responsibility is wide in scope and application. *3. **Specific projects could include but are not limited to: development, implementation and/or coordination of a project management system, budget development and monitoring, contract administration, long range planning, training, and communications projects, facilities planning etc. * *4. **Function as a contact and liaison for the division on any of the above projects. * 5. Work is performed without appreciable direction. Assume a leadership role on critical projects. 6. Provide technical counsel and assistance to less experienced employees. May supervise one or more employees. *REQUIREMENTS: * *1. **Extensive business and I/T technical knowledge acquired by a Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS or related field and 3-5 years related systems design and I/T project management work experience. * *2. **Technically competent in all phases of I/T systems design and development. Must be able to plan, complete and manage multiple projects either independently or through teams while under project deadline constraints. * 3. Demonstrated knowledge of database design concepts, online processing and common current industry standard computer information processing techniques. Broad business understanding of how Information Technology supports the overall business goals. *4. **Excellent analytical & problem solving skills Project management experience with projects of at least $500,000 and project teams of 10 or more people. Customer service and I/T consulting skills. * *5. **Good oral and written communications with all levels – with proven ability in influencing, negotiating, giving formal project presentations and reports. Team Leadership skills. Personnel development skills.
