*Candidate will be expected to: * • Manage all aspects of IBM Director and HP Systems Insight Manager applications • Provide monitoring and alerting and will provide specialized monitoring for critical systems as necessary to meet audit compliance, security guidelines, or legislative directives • Assist in the integration with other Enterprise Monitoring tools utilized by the organization; and with Quality Assurance for the section in the delivery of systems and applications, • Provide Problem Resolution assistance Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:Required: • Minimum of 2 years experience in Enterprise Admin utilizing IBM Director and/or HP SIM, CA Unicenter, etc. • Minimum of 2 years experience multivendor hardware support, monitoring, and alert configuration. • Ability to communicate effectively to present or discuss plans, architecture, project scheduling and application/monitoring requirements. Preferred: • IBM Director Administration in a multi-tier firewall security environment. • Experience performing Quality control for server configuration certification. • Minimum 3 years experience fine tuning alerting to prevent false alerts, create tiered alerting, analyzing and proactive resolution.
