1. Position Opening:     ERP Configurer (Benefits), Miami, FL. 


Location:                               Miami, Florida  

Anticipated Start Date:                     To begin ASAP

Length of Contract:                            Initially 3 to 12 Months with
possible extensions.

Project Description:                       SAP Benefits
Consultant/Configurer in Public Sector 

Responsibilities

.         Assist in gap analysis between M-DCPS requirements and SAP
functionality, review and adopt new functionality in SAP 

.         Review M-DCPS process requirements and suggest further
enhancements and improvements where possible 

.         Configure SAP system settings according to M-DCPS business
requirements and document all configuration

.         Execute and develop Unit, Functional, Integration and Parallel
Testing scripts 

.         Define User Authorization profiles and security roles 

.         Identify needs for systems development, specify requirements and
review data requirements with Development team 

.         Write functional specifications for development objects 

.         Write and/or assist in development of BPPs and other training
material 

.         Coordinate interface testing with existing legacy systems and
third party vendors 

.         Assist in the preparation and validation of end user training and
documentation 

.         Report delays and risks to team leads 

.         Assist in identifying data to be cleansed 

.         Adhere to ERP PMO project standards 

.         Manage design and/or revise relevant policies and procedures 

.         Build solutions in SAP Benefits according to M-DCPS business
requirements

Qualifications

*       SAP version ECC 6 implementation experience 

 


*       Minimum of four years SAP HR/Benefits configuration experience 

 


*       Experience with SAP Concurrent Employment required 

 


*       Experience with K-12 or other Public Sector required 

 


*       Ability to design and configure CE Benefits Workbench 

 


*       Strong Experience with integration of SAP Benefits to SAP Payroll 

 


*       Understanding of Benefits related Payroll schema/rules 

 


*       Experience in working with Employee Self Service as it relates to
Benefits

 


*       Experience with implementing SAP COBRA functionality 

 


*       Functional experience with Benefits User Exits 

 


*       Experience with the design and reporting of public sector retirement
plans 

 


*       Ability and experience with writing detailed functional and
technical specifications 

 


*       ABAP skills a plus 

 


*       Additional skills in other SAP Modules a plus 

 


*       Must be able to participate in a team environment
