Will be responsible for running compliance program (drive the program from design to implementation). This person will be responsible for the design & implementation of compliance program, policies and practices to ensure all business units are in compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements. Key requirement is Subject Matter Expertise on topics one of the compliance topics - BSA/ AML/ USA Patriot Act/ KYC/ Fraud. Operational knowledge of NORKOM is essential as this is chosen Compliance platform at this customer. b. The major job responsibilities are: i. Provide business insights to IT team working on implementing various compliance programs including AML, KYC, and Fraud. ii. Provide policy related guidelines and help improve internal processes iii. Technology Enablement of Compliance program at Financial Services client iv. Team with client technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to provide implementation of technology solutions c. Experience in one or more of the following areas: i. Definition of business and technical requirements ii. Design of business and technology architecture iii. Understanding of AML Regulations and enforcement actions iv.
