Job Title: Business Analyst / QA Location: Jersey City, NJ Duration: 9+ Months Current property Casualty experience is a MUST Skills/Experience: Current property Casualty experience is a MUST Analyzes and develops computer software for insurance, finance and record management duties. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives. Develops system requirements and detailed program specifications from which programmers prepare flowcharts, programs, and tests. Closely coordinates with programmers to ensure proper implementation of program and system specifications. In conjunction with functional users, develops system solutions. Provides advisory, planning, design, architecture, and technology implementation/integration services to customers to drive tangible business benefit. Property Casualty Insurance Background Must write extremely well - Test Plans, Test Cases, Business Requirements documents, Functional Rquirement documents. Must communicate extremely well with all levels of management. This person will help lean the QA effort of every project. This equates to a heavy involvement with QA teams. Heavy involvement with back end , middleware and front end development teams as we are an applications development team for Chartis Insurance Private Client Group. Need excel skills, visio skills, understanding of stored procedures, SP edits, db lookups.
