The candidate is expected to work with project scope, definition and plan and transform it into Business requirements, Technical requirements, Metric definitions, data definitions and mock reports. *Business Analyst with Pharmaceutical experience with any of these below skills.* The project entails analyzing various data sources for creating detailed data definitions. The source systems include: · SAP – Order to Cash, Financials · Siebel – SFA and Call data · CARS – Contracts Data · IMS – DDD and Xponent Plan Track · EDI – 852, 867 and others · Third Party – GPO data · Prescription samples and audit data · Peoplesoft - HR Specific skill and experience requirements include: Excellent verbal communication skills. Early stage project efforts; specifically, requirements gathering methods based on user community work style, requirements assessment and scoping, and project initiation and funding. Experience facilitating workshops and end-user working sessions intended to surface requirements and validate designs Documenting detailed functional requirements and business rules (use cases) Documenting data requirements (from business needs perspective) SOLID written communications skills.
