Citizens, GC and EAD Position: Testing Automation Lead Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 12 months Client: AMDOCS The Automation Testing Group Leader is a senior member of the testing team with management responsibilities for a group of Automation developers. The Group Leader is typically responsible for planning, design, and development of Automation packages. You are expected to provide professional and technical leadership for the group. You will assist in the design, analysis and implementation of Automated solutions; participate in client meetings; ensure that engagement work products and deliverables are of the highest quality to ensure client satisfaction; present conclusions and recommendations; and keep team members informed of project status. . Deliver timely and quality services, ensuring client satisfaction. . Manage a team of several Automation Testing Engineers, leading the internal design and code review; checking the test environment; executing, tracking and reporting on the automated tests development and execution; analyzing the results and communicating status with the client. . Transfer knowledge, monitor engagement team performance, and provide feedback on the team. . Monitor and direct others to act in accordance with company initiatives, processes and methodology. . Monitor and direct others to act in accordance automation standards and guidelines for development Lead and manage the team's development activities according to customer requirements. . Coordinating activities with other support groups. Technical skills . 3-5 years demonstrated expertise in the successful delivery of Automation packages . In-depth knowledge of at least one Amdocs product (Ensemble, Billing; AMSS; OMS or Clarify) . 2-3 years SW development experience required . Experience with DB (Oracle, SQL Server); data modeling principles and associated tools (SQL, PL/SQL, TOAD); test automation tools (QTP; METHOD INVOKER; GENERIC VERIFICATOR; SEMTI; UTS); configuration control knowledge (Source Safe principles); S/W architecture for web based and non-web based applications (Client side, Tuxedo and Server side) . Demonstrated expertise in the successful delivery of Automation packages; tools and utilities . 3+ years experience using QC (Test Plan, Test Lab) . 3+ years QA experience testing web-based and/or client/server products No virus found in this incoming message.
