Hi, This is Jaya from IT Trailblazers. We have an immediate requirement for a Weblogic & JBoss Admin with Apache or Tomcat.
Location: Morris Plains, NJ Duration: 6 months+ The Web Engineering team handles web and middleware engineering activities for the development, test and staging environment. This team handles escalations from the Production support and Operations teams in addition to Platform Engineering work. They do not provide L1/L2 support but act as escalation points for the Production Support and Operation teams due to the issues in their deployment environment and troubleshooting expertise. Roles & responsibilities • MUST have worked on deploying and managing/administering JBoss (latest versions) based applications (Must have worked in Clustered environment and not only single node environment) • MUST have experience engineering and supporting large scale shared application server farms • MUST have strong UNIX/ Perl scripting skills and MUST have automated deployment tasks in Sun Solaris 9,10, and Linux • Should have worked with LDAP, SSO, CSS/GSS Load Balancing • MUST ensure the configuration is setup correctly for Identity and Access Management applications to work correctly on the application servers. It must be noted that the Web Engineering team is not directly responsible for managing I&AM infrastructure. • MUST have the ability to troubleshoot application performance and other deployment related issues in the deployed environment • MUST have good SQL tuning capabilities • Should have worked in J2EE with Servlets, EJB, Struts, Hibernate, XML, Web Services long enough to be able to effectively communicate with the development team and be effective in understanding any technical issues escalated by the development team • Should be skilled and experienced enough to research and learn on own initiative • Ability to research and evolve engineering methodologies for new hardware/software web platforms • Familiar with SOX compliance and FDA regulatory practices MUST have also worked on deploying and managing/administering Weblogic (8.x/ 9.x/ 10.x) based applications or Oracle Application Servers (Oralce 10g AS) or Apache or Tomcat MUST have: Platform Engineering, JBoss administration in a cluster, WebLogic administration, Tomcat, Apache If you are interested, send me your updated resume with contact details and rate immediately.
