Proven Experience in Project Management - certification is preferred
Excellent verbal & written communications skills, organizational
skills, and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in managing an offshore development model
Strong skills in software development (J2EE, UDB).
Bachelors in Computer Science preferred.
A good understanding of Automotive Product Development Process
